Consists of case studies of entrepreneurs who were initially unsuccessful and later on found success in subsequent attempts.

Case Study 1:
  1. Failed because lack of marketing resulted in a situation where one customer was 90% of revenue (and probably not profitable as well). This is similar to my personal experience, where we at one point allowed one customer to take up almost all our revenue and resources. When the projects for these customers got delayed, it became very difficult for us.
  2. Later on founded a successful class action lawsuit website
Case Study 2:
  1. Failed because sales cycles were too long and ran into cashflow issues.
  2. Later on found success with email marketing services
Case Study 3:
  1. Failed because costs, margins and volumes were overly optimistic
  2. Later found success in Marketing & Communications services
