Why Android Netbooks are a Good Idea

• Runs on ARM, which has many low power consumption implementations. This means:
  • Long battery life
  • Less cooling needed so smaller and lighter netbooks
• Able to connect to the wireless network, run background processes etc while in a low power consumption suspend state (like a phone on standby)
• Instant-on capabilities. Hardly any bootup time needed, as you would seldom need to totally shut it down.
